Choral Director | Educator | Pianist | Composer
Jordan is Music Director of The Museum Singers, Youth Choirs at St. Luke’s Battersea, Community Choir at St. Botolph without Aldgate and The Friends’ Musick.
He has been a visiting conductor for Trinity Laban Junior College Choirs, Constanza Chorus, Orlando Chamber Choir and Quorum
He studies conducting with Joanna Tomlinson, and has participated in masterclasses with Neil Ferris, David Hill, John Dickson and Peter Hanke.
Jordan leads singing in primary and secondary schools across London. He works with The Gipsy Hill Federation, Ark Academy and Macaulay CofE Primary School. In 2018 he founded Youth Choirs at St. Luke’s, which provides high-level vocal training and experience to children in South London.
He teaches piano and singing.
He gained an MMus in musicology ethnomusicology from King’s College London in 2019.
Jordan is an experienced accompanist, mainly working with choirs and singers. In 2018, he was repetateur for Brolly Production’s new opera ‘The Powder Monkey’.
He has lead community singing events for organisations such as Barbican Music Library and the Camberwell Arts Festival.
